The Granitex baking dish has one of the best ceramic coatings currently available on the market, Ilag Xera Dur 2 ® Ceramic Non-Stick It has two layers: a top layer of Xerogel with a metallic effect and a ceramic-reinforced base layer with Xerogel that prevents cracking. In addition to excellent abrasion resistance, the coating has special properties that prevent food from sticking to the surface and burning.

Thick, four-layer bottom perfectly and evenly conducts heat, making cooking simple and quick, while energy is used even more efficiently. Additionally, the roasting pan is equipped with a special disc in Full Induction technology , which allows the use of the cookware on induction stoves in an even more efficient way than before.

Out of concern for the health of users, the baking dish does not contain hazardous substances, making it an extremely user-friendly vessel. Moreover, the exceptionally smooth and tight ILAG ceramic coating is easy to keep clean.

The roasting pan is equipped with a perfectly fitting lid made of tempered glass with a silicone rim . High quality tempered glass is durable and sturdy, as well as resistant to high temperatures, and silicone edge guarantees a perfect fit to the shape of the vessel. In addition, the lid is equipped with air vents , removing excess steam to the outside.
